| Hawaii was beautiful. I can't believe the trip is already over though. We had a great time. It was definitely the best senior trip I've been on. The worst part is getting used to Massachusetts time zone. The 6 hour difference is really making it hard to sleep at the right time.
God does greatly provide awesome opportunities to those who are willing to serve Him. You make some very little sacrifices (like money) in order to devote your time to Him, and in return you get MAJOR bonuses...some are financial (like a trip to Hawaii) and some are just in the fact that you made an impact on someone's life. God is good...who can know it?
Have a great week! There are only 33 school days until summer vacation! :)

| For those who haven't gotten the hint from my AIM away message.....there is only 1 week until I'm "suffering for Jesus" on the beaches of Hawaii. So feel free to post you joy or sorrow because of me being gone for a week.
It's amazing how when you really need something (because you ran out of it) your friends come through.......and buy you some Diet Coke! |

| Monday thru Wednesday are Iowa tests. 2days of "normal classes". Week of classes.....then no school until May. This is going to be an awesome month. I can't wait to relax on the beach....with a cold umbrella drink in my hands! And I'm sure that everyone (especially Shea and Matt) will miss me terribly
It is really cool how God helps us when we need Him. We do serve an awesome God. |

| I'm just NOT feeling the love.....or the sympathy! Everyone's blog or IM stated that they were glad I wasn't at school today and that I was faking being sick. Oh well. At least God loves me and knows how I feel.
Pray for my sister-in-law, Kaye. She starts chemo tomorrow (Tuesday) for cancer. Pray that she won't have too serious of side effects. She'll have the treatment once every two weeks.
When you hear about someone else's problems, it makes your own problems seem so small. God is good and all things do work together for good. Kaye has definitely been able to work with some other ladies with cancer because of going through it herself. Wish we all had such an awesome spirit when going through hard times. She's such an encouragement to me!
Good night.....and YES, you'll have to put up with me tomorrow! |
